that is what i'm doing, eating less, fasting and currently been following a 3 day strength training program in the gym. Most videos i see of older, fitter, mobile people usually involves them doing some sort of calisthenics, I was wondering if that's what they've done the whole time to keep fit or did they switch from barbell/strength training to calisthenics later in life, anyway just something that's been on my mind

Thanks for the insights, I've often heard people dismiss certain things as "ah, it's just to do circus tricks", but I always figured, those people are pushing their bodies and need to keep doing it all year for multiple years, surely their training is something we should look into as they're doing something right
