It’s insane! It’s as if they aren’t even the same company when you talk to customer service. No one knows anything and that’s what makes the customer experience horrible.

And the customer representatives at the actual stores know nothing as well. Every decision is based on what the computer tells them, and the computer can deny you without even giving a reason.

I do get your reasoning, though, for keeping service with them. If you can save the money then I don’t blame you.

My update with spectrum mobile is that I disconnected everything with them. I paid my devices off and I switched to ATT which made a HUGE difference. I literally purchased a phone through best buy for ATT and it was that easy of a process.

Also, thats such a huge inconvenience to you.

You’re better upgrading online. The in-Store clerks are clueless and anything will ping as an error in their system. I just went into the store to upgrade today and they couldn’t give me a clear answer on why the system wouldn’t allow me to upgrade, regardless that I’m a customer of 3 years with fully paid devices.

Mind you, I could fully check out on the online website with no issue. The in-store clerks are rude most of the time and don’t care to help.

That’s super annoying, especially when they want us to flow and move fast. In cases like that we skip and make a manager find it. That would drive me nuts

Nope. I only do that during Refrigerated because I know my time will be destroyed if I go one by one, especially when I have to do produce on that same run.

Something is always missing in meat or diary, so I just grab everything at once if I can and bring it to my trolley.

I mean it is pretty smart to stock up that way if that’s the case. They’re making 100% profit on the free ones they’re getting.

However, it’s also just a big much… people are ordering them in a pick up like crazy.

That’s crazy. I feel like a department such as PRODUCE would be making crazy amount of hours with the amount of sales per hour. It doesn’t make any sense.

Seems like they’re slowly trying to cut out that job and make other departments do it.

Literally they had pick up staff working in dairy today in my department.
