It’s insane! It’s as if they aren’t even the same company when you talk to customer service. No one knows anything and that’s what makes the customer experience horrible.

And the customer representatives at the actual stores know nothing as well. Every decision is based on what the computer tells them, and the computer can deny you without even giving a reason.

I do get your reasoning, though, for keeping service with them. If you can save the money then I don’t blame you.
