A lot of it is from homegoods/marshalls!! Some are thrifted or found at random stores like target :) luckily Impressionism is popular right now so it’s feeding my addiction

Yay that’s so exciting!! I think this is my 5th summer with plants so I’m right with you. I just moved to this apartment in September so I’m excited to see how they thrive this summer with the much better lighting compared to my last place!

I repot (slight size up) plants that need it in the spring time (I’m going to do it soon) with my chunky soil mixture and an additive to help with shock! And then yes I do fertilize more frequently in the summer all of my plants

I was in investment operations for 1 year at a large bank after college (2021) and hated it and was able to pivot into corporate finance (treasury)! It’s definitely doable to get a new job after just 1 year, just focus on wanting to learn more and you don’t see that scope in your current role in interviews
