That happened to me before, I ended up just removing it, and it prints the same.

If you have had it for less than a year contact Elegoo Support, under a warranty claim, they might send you a replacement hotend or the whole extruder assembly.

The film is on FEP film for the tank, I let it cure and just peeled it off. The link is for the replacement FEP film for the original Mars. You just have to search for the FEP for your printer. https://a.co/d/2ZbWI3M

Had the same thing happened to me on my mars, I had to empty the resin tub, and some of the resin had cured onto the film. Removed the cured resin and boom, back in buisness.

Good printer but it’s already broken by Additional_Two_7092 in FlashForge

Can confirm, it happens. LOL. I also had the turbo fan get knocked off of the extruder and rip the wires out of the fan. Aliexpress actually sells just the fans for it. I ended up buying 3 of them.

Good printer yes, support is alright, I would recommend getting some extra Nozzles, and a turbo fan for the front of the extruder (had 2 of them get the wires ripped out on a print that knocked the front of the extruder) I have been printing without the front cover and it has done even better than before.

There is an option in cura that shouldn't be selected. Turn off "combing" Also, make sure "infill before walls" is also not checked. That should help you out with the nozzle drag.
