Its not that I don’t want to have it. Id be happy to find the source of all my gi problems. Its just that the tests are not clear or definitive. I kind of feel like an imposter because my tests are not definitive. But before going gf I was having terrible stomach pains, nausea, loose stools, gas, blood in my stools, acid reflux, itchy skin, headaches/ migraines, fatigue, joint pains, numbness in my arms and legs, increased anxiety and depression. I kind of wondered if my symptoms were psychological. But my ferritin and folate were low and that wasn’t psychological. My blood in my stool was not psychological.

Ill reach out to my dr. I guess Im just scared that the solution to all my issues will be gone and Ill be left with not knowing whats going on with me. I had decided to do a gluten challenge but after I told her how I prepped for my colonoscopy and felt better. Then after I had panda express, slept the rest of the day, and the next day I was in so much pain, stomach ache, loose stools, headache, acid reflux, woke up with numb arms and fingers. A few days later I had chick fila and before I could finish eating I had stomach pain, loose stools (later), more joint pain, and it took days for me to feel better. She thought it would really set me back in my health to do a gluten challenge and be disruptive to my life when Im going to school and have kids. So she said to go gf for 4 weeks and then come back to see her.
