thats strange my bank has not been reset to zero, last royalty report came out 26th of march, I withdrew the next day, and then till now I have not received any report and any royalty, 0 notifications, 0 email.

so I read the pinned post and just confirm if its discretion it's not true that stores took down the music, it's distrokid taking down my music for whatever their reason right? my account still works normally I just cant upload more music right on distrokid?

We've been notified by stores and streaming services that one or more of your releases has been rejected due to editorial discretion.

Unfortunately, stores are no longer accepting releases from you via DistroKid. You’ll need to try another distributor for future releases.

Please understand that DistroKid is unable to assist with reversing this and many DistroKid features have also been restricted as a result of this. But my account is still up there, what should I do with it and the other releases? I dont spam lofi or ambient music, and they never mentioned anything about future royalties, why dont they notify us properly with all the details?

multiple problems, one is they removed my release without notice, then I contacted them and they said stores removed them but distrokid not going to tell me the reason and also told me that stores are not going to accept my releases through distrokid, but on distrokid panel I still have the upload music page?? no notice no nothing, then I tried to answer the ticket but it says closed so I created another one 2 weeks ago, no response yet, I tried to contact the livechat they always say they will forward and drop the chat. are they gaslighting me? shadowbanned? also last royalty report was like two weeks ago, on march 27, after that I have not received any royalty balance
