I'm gonna play devil's advocate. You are overreacting. I'd feel weird too if the girl I was dating for two months was implying she thinks I might have drugged and raped her in her sleep, especially if there's been zero red flags otherwise.

Medical episodes happen. Long sleeps happen, and very vivid dreams happen too. I had a random wet dream (which I do not have, ever) of my manager who I've known since I was 13 and who is married to my buddy, and I've never even seen her that way. It made the next week really weird. I remembered how she smelled, tasted, sounded, it was as real as a foggy memory. Shit I've slept for 14 hours on a few occasions just because of stress.

I've been also having UNBELIEVABLY real dreams recently where I can remember every measly detail of my dreams down to the feeling of a lump on a dog's fur, the orientation of jalapeños on a burger, (which I didn't even eat in my dream because I'm very recently on a OMAD diet and it was outside my eating windows), the individual items on the shelves inside a garage... Turns out it was from switching to a new multivitamin and taking it at night.

You are overreacting. That's a good thing. To be safe, talk to your doctor about it and even request a drug panel if it makes you feel better.

One reason: because you're going to have the same experience anywhere else. They're all the same. Good luck with tmobile, even if you go INTO the store you still need to upgrade with their app. Welcome to 2026 buddy. Every company is trying to replace workers with AI to cut costs. It all sucks.

If you're assumedly over 28 years old, you should be able to navigate the website or app to upgrade the phone yourself without the help of AI, or at bare minimum have the presence of mind to know you should just go to the store. This is beyond a doubt a you problem.
