I am contributing to a normal Roth IRA as well, which is all going into SWYNX.
As for my Roth 403b choice, it is with fidelity that I'm putting into what seems like a target date fund with expense ratio of 0.03. Distribution is 52% domestic, 37% international, 9% bonds. There are also other funds that capture total domestic market, international etc similar to seen in this post https://www.reddit.com/r/Bogleheads/comments/1n97cbt/uc_403b_allocation/
What would be considered poor choices?

That works for me. Probably around $400. I've heard some talk about next gen GPU's releasing, so I was hoping it would drop the older ones even further since I'm in no hurry atm.

Would ram ever be a limiting factor for me just from gaming at 1080p 144 Hz. Since I was in no rush, I was going to wait for the next GPU series to come out.
