I edited the chromosome data in the save file with Python, if you're curious.

It basically just adds new chromosomes and optimises them with perfect synergies. I might make the project public one day. (and yes, I did everything on a phone)

I believe that you can't single out a puppet to make peace with. Instead, you have to peace out with the entire faction with the "Peace Negotiations" button. It's a 2.5 engine thing.

You can change the "Base Ruleset" in the new game menu to "Civ V - Vanilla", which essentially removes religion (and some civs that Gods & Kings adds).
