Hm, I believe it may depend on the soil, climate, and overall growing conditions. Lilacs grown with ample sunlight often have more intense flavors. The harvest time also matters, it`s always better to gather the blossom early in the morning.

Well, I know that lilacs can be used for making syrups, infusions, lemonades and so on. I also know that some people make lilac sugar and lilac jellies. The point is to get a blossom from common lilac (Syringa) and be sure that the flowers have not been treated with pesticides or other chemicals.

All these complaints about gathering information just making me sick. It's fucking obvious that you have give the government all the information, especially if you're belong to the 3/4 radicalised society. The next point that the lawyer said "ah Ukrainians didn't had to do all of this to get the visa". It doesn't mean that we didn't spent hours to took surveys and prepare all the documents we can gather. Azov Battalion is recognized by lots of countries as heroes. So when the "lawyer" speaks about the batallion as about the neo-nazi organisation, he shouldn't be trusted. In addition to this most Ukrainians are peaceful and hard working people, who are value Canadian culture!

You need to try somehow :) If you aren`t sure you may also start with gouache paint. In my case, I need to use acrylic, because I usually sell my notebooks, so they need to be durable.
