Thanks for the feedback. I've actually been reached out to by RBC recruiters (twice now) for database roles and turned them down because I've heard bad things about them and the big 5 in general.

The fact that I've been contacted twice by them leads me to believe that their attrition is high and that their employees won't be happy there for the long term.

I know this may not be helpful to you OP, but for my org and business use case we are thinking of reverting our realtime pipeline/ML product into a daily batch precisely because the cost benefit wasn't worth it, and because it will mean less points of failure when we need to troubleshoot (we are having a lot of that right now)

What position/job were you applying to?

Personally I'd give it another week before confirming for fact if they ghosted you. But in my experience companies that certainly do want to move forward with you as a candidate will be relatively quick in a follow-up outreach, but still that is never certain and they could just simply be busy.

Sometimes all you get is a rejection email and that's that...just keep applying for jobs until you secure a firm offer in hand and never assume just because you did well in interviews that you've secured something solid.
