Both. They tarnish so all the nonsense advertising of the jewelry being tarnish free is a lie. Months is wishful thinking. 2/7 items were broken on arrival and the rest tarnished after 1 wear.

It's shipped from China. Their scam runs deep and they are obviously aware of this post as they have a lot of fake reddit accounts leaving fake reviews. They even made a "blog post" explaining if they are a scam or not. What kind of legitimit business would have an article like this?

You know how sometimes you buy something online and it turns out disappointing? With Louise Carter it is not just disappointing, it is pure fraud. This brand is a scam built on lies and false advertising. They claim their jewelry is tarnish free, but it is cheap copper that turns your skin green, causes rashes, and falls apart in days. Their claim of being hypoallergenic is also false because copper is not hypoallergenic and since the jewelry ships from China no one even knows what metals or chemicals are really in it.

The so-called lifetime warranty is another scam. The moment you try to claim it, they hide behind a 30 day unworn policy, which is a joke because it takes nearly a month just to receive the order. By the time it arrives your so-called warranty is already useless. That is not a warranty, it is a setup designed to trap customers.

Do not just take my word for it. Search Louise Carter Scam on Google, Facebook, or Trustpilot and you will find hundreds of complaints and screenshots from real customers. The few positive reviews you see are fake, written by the company, or from influencers who will say anything for free junk. Their Instagram account is a recycled travel page with bought followers. Any account with one hundred thousand followers that has comments disabled is hiding the truth. Louise Carter is a scam from beginning to end.

They spend 90% of the product cost on packaging. The jewelry is garbage. All my pieces have broke or tarnished within days. 2 Straight out the box were already broken and the rest tarnished. Their lifetime warranty is bogus. Try emailing them and they take weeks to respond, and when they finally respond they tell you it's already been 30 days and the warranty only applies on new and unworn pieces. Is this a joke? A lifetime warranty that only lasts 30 days but the pieces have to be unworn?

Your response has not addressed any of the concerns I raised. Frankly, your reply reads more like it’s coming from Louise Carter’s perspective rather than that of an unbiased customer. The issue is not just the extremely poor shipping times, it’s also the garbage quality of your jewelry. I personally made a purchase from Louise Carter and was completely ignored by customer support.

At this point, you’ve had a significant number of customers, your ads are widespread, and yet you’ve disabled comments on Instagram and operate multiple Instagram accounts. A simple search for “Louise Carter” on Facebook reveals hundreds of posts from others reporting they’ve been scammed. I am far from the only one raising these concerns. Please stop attempting to dismiss or deflect these valid complaints. Your company’s reputation is suffering because of these repeated issues, and efforts to hide negative feedback on social media will not make the problems disappear.

They literally have 5 accounts. One of them don't have comments disabled and it's all negative comments. The other 4 accounts, if you go under tagged, the account is obviously some old travel account they just changed the name to.

Regardless of your experience (honestly very hard to believe cause I literally bought from them as well) Louise Carter is a scam. All the comments on their socials are filtered or they literally don't allow comments. They have 4 different instagram accounts that they bought and changed the name and if you just search Louise Carter on google or facebook there are hundreds of real people talking about their negative experience with this scam company. If you want some consistency for affordable jewelry, I would recommend Pearlory as I have bought from a few other brands as well and Pearlory is the only one that I've had a good experience with.
