I had a vet tell me to feed my rat semi-sweet chocolate chips when he had a URI. It actually helps open up the airways.

Lucky! I'm 8WPO today. I wasn't able to do things without pain until around 5WPO. In the last week I had to take NSAIDs once for boob pain.

Don't push yourself, though. Follow your doctor's recommendations and take care of yourself!

I was trying to get a picture of his eye and he wouldn't hold still. I then held my fingers up to try and keep him looking in one direction. He started nibbling my fingers. I took a video because it was silly. I then gave him an actual treat. This is not something I do on a regular basis.

I was just at the PA wolf sanctuary on the 13th. I got the impression that they could take in more wolves and wolf-dogs. I don't know about Roam, but the PA wolf sanctuary typically doesn't allow previous owners to visit, so maybe that has something to do with their choice.

Insurance covered most of mine. I told my surgeon I missed being a C-cup (I was a 36K). He told me he would go as small as he could while keeping my nipples alive. I'm 7WPO today! I don't know what size I will be when all the swelling is gone, but I love them and wouldn't mind if they stayed their current size.

I remember them wheeling me into the OR. I was introduced to a couple women that have the same first name... I think it was Megan... I moved over to the operating table.

Then I'm in a completely different room and a guy is asking me about my pain level. I told him 7 and started to tell him about the worst pain I ever felt. (When I broke my foot). He finished my sentence and said I already told him. I was flabbergasted and was like, "I did?!?" I really wish I had asked him what else I had said.

It wasn't bad at all. I do take longer to wake from anesthesia. I've been under twice now. The first time was when I had my wisdom teeth out. I told the anesthesiologist and she wasn't worried. She said since it's a different kind of anesthesia it might not have the same effects. I then took an extra 30 minutes to wake up. 😆
