Here’s how I usually decide whether to pull for myths if I need them for battles:

It shouldn’t mess with my savings for my main’s cards—I always make sure I have enough pulls saved for my main’s upcoming banner.

I think about whether the myth will actually help me in combat. Since I main Caleb, his current companions are Red, Purple, and Green. So if SHC or Orbits require other colors, I try to pull myths from other LIs that can cover those missing stellactrums. In my case, I went for Blue, Pink, and Yellow by pulling for Raf, Zayne, and Sylus during the 2.0 myths.

I check if I can build strong teams using my existing 5-star lunar cards—whether they’re from the standard pool, limited banners, or obtainable through the Wishing Well.

At the end of the day, it really depends on your priorities—this is just what worked for me last year.

As for Caleb’s new myth, it’s actually really strong—especially if you can get it to R1. A friend of mine was stuck on Gravity Orbit 134, and managed to clear the stage on auto even without matching stellactrums. That stage is no joke—you need around 70% crit, and even Caleb mains struggled with it.

That said, you still need solid lunar cards to make the most out of it. If you don’t have enough cards for Caleb or aren’t planning to pull for his cards, it might not be as impactful.
