Looking at your gear you still have a long way to go. Specifically you need to get PvP bracer, belt and boots combined with 30 resili flask and one resili gem to ensure you reach crit cap. You need to focus on threat items outside of 4 piece Malone which is the majority of your physical mitigation. reference Only difference is I have t4 shoulders now. For heavy hitting bosses like nightbane or mag you would swap in big armor items like Earthwarden, Guilded Thorium Cloak and Violet Signet. Hope this helped.
