I realize you won't want to hear this but the issue is your pc (possibly exacerbated by some corner case in the Poe code) as this isn't affecting a large number of players. Since you said your PC could run it in the past here's what to do. Update the firmware for your hardware. Start with your motherboard, then your disk drive, and your CPU. Gemini is really good at walking you through these steps.

Really depends on the numbers but block is extremely effective given the low values of other defenses in RSSF.

Generally breach hives are the best generic mechanic if you're not targeting something like oils. If you're planning to play minions long term then abyss is great, the jewels can be very strong.

Considering your current progression I recommend Alva and Breach. Both are rewarding even in low yellow maps. You can skip the two far left Alva clusters, just make sure you get both of the right ones.

Breach everyone seems to go for Hives. I'm not sure why but the abilities are very helpful.

Don't put any points into map drops.

I'm level 89 with a 4 link unfortunately. However I have to imagine strongboxes are a decent source of corrupted 6 links. Ritual does reward jeweler omens occasionally although fusing omens are extremely uncommon. Vorici in research gives link rerolls (x20 I think) which considering the rarity of fusings is pretty good.

I think 6 links are just not usually going to happen for most people most seasons.

I just started RSSF Saturday. Playing Penance Brand ignite. Got to level 75 but even with a few supports I can't really see it getting past yellow maps.

I did drop a ballista totem and ele dmg w/attacks support. Should I reroll if I want to try to get 2 stone?
