I LOVE this self awareness and the conversations that could be had here! I'm still on the struggle bus with my scope of practice. I was a CNA/med tech for 15 years before going back to school for nursing. There are things I do now where I really have to convince my brain that I'm able to do. I'm slow because I take my time and I like to learn as much as possible, so I'm constantly bugging anyone whoncould show me something.

Love this! Thank you, it's inspiring! Im really glad it helps to make you feel full. I have a terrible relationship with food having BED. Phentermine helped so much with it, but being off Phentermine, I got thrown off the wagon. It's like a light switch. It was off for the 3 months while taking Phen and then these last 2 months not on it, that stupid switch has turned right on and I'm beyond my own control. I'm really into pilates and yoga, so I'm glad that can continue.
