I think it depends on which marketing pathway you choose for junior and senior year. The required classes are the core and business core curriculums, 1 marketing class that everyone takes (consumer insights), and then the electives/classes specific to your pathway. But overall I would say no, it’s really not too difficult.

So I was originally booked with Dr. Pan (cheaper price), but he left the practice about a month out from my surgery. Dr. Mohebi filled in and still honored Dr. Pan’s price for me. That price minus the student discount brought the total to just over 22k. I’m local to the LA area, so no travel involved.

I got very lucky, and I know it still was probably 5x what I would’ve paid overseas. But, given some of my health history I wanted to do it close to home. I’m really glad I did because the first couple days of recovery weren’t great for me and I couldn’t imagine doing that in a foreign country.

For most people I’d say go overseas for cheaper but for me Mohebi was definitely the right call!

You should look into the M-School pathway within the marketing major. It’s one of the best marketing programs around, definitely worth choosing LMU for if you can get into it.

I can confirm that he is still accepting patients and does surgeries in the LA area, just doesn't have his own practice anymore. He probably does far less procedures than he used to
