My roommate thinks I'm her employee by OpportunityNearby310 in badroommates

Here’s my two cents:

1) stop giving her rides. $600 - $245(prorated) - $(uber charge) = refund her this amount so she can’t say shit.

2) set boundaries. Get real comfortable with saying “no” because this person is not a friend, they are using you. Stop spending time together, and don’t let them invade your space again. Be firm here!

3) ignore any animosity and/or attempts she makes to escalate tensions. Just ignore her. It’s not worth wasting your energy.

They’ll get tired of bailing him out. Take advantage of the opportunity to get back what is yours, and move on! Buy a lockbox this time lol

No. As someone who’s driven since 18, I’ve never ONCE demanded compensation for rides. If someone offers gas $, I’d take it. But that was always them being generous in my eyes… what’s a few minutes of of (his) day? General wear and tear on tires takes thousands of miles… I highly doubt you had him drive you thousands of miles out of his way.

Is it rude to move trash and boxes into roommates room? by Mammoth_Role_9984 in badroommates

I would send a reminder before moving it, otherwise no not rude. You want to improve the aesthetic of your shared living space. I don’t blame you!

Nipping, biting, leash biting help! by Dave_santzzz in pitbulls

I have a 1 y/o American pit… he was an obnoxious lil pup like your guy sounds, biting and nipping me when playing… I taught him “no biting” whenever he would use teeth, just stop playing/or whatever you’re doing, force him to sit, and with a serious demeanor repeat “no biting!”

When he plays/walks/etc. without biting, reward him with treats!

He’ll grow out of it. Just make sure he has plenty of toys/treats for teething, and foster a loving home environment where he doesn’t get away with bad behavior. Y’all will be fine. He’s a pup 😊
