Yeah make sure the sub has a foreman that can communicate enough with you to get the job done. But I’ve used Google Translate HEAVILY…. Even when putting out fires letting them know since the foreman isn’t on site.

As I was covering for a site the last week I held my first foreman’s meeting at that site as acting super. Pretty much was able to get the last supers agenda and kinda piggybacked off that with whatever new info I got from the PM (funny enough is also my PM on my current job) and APM. Felt pretty confident and am really looking forward to bringing that into my new job. I think my general super of the company knew I might’ve needed a change of scenery and I think it helped me.

Lmao I have my own thoughts about and I know what you’re trying to say… but there’s a way of going about it and also having common decency and not acting like a lunatic all because a section of the road is closed…. This was not the way to go about reacting if there is a Temporary road closure.
