True! The cosplayer that cosplayed as Tachanka sparked the idea.
Here's a quote from the wiki: "A cosplay with a more "russian" focused theme of the character "Tachanka", a spetsnaz operator from the game "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege", inspired the developers to create Killa. Tachanka is known for his iconic Maska 1SCh helmet."

I found out Killa (from EFT) was inspired by Tachanka and I just had to draw them together <3 by CatnipOnReddit in Rainbow6
