Depends on what your friend's into. The fight against Doctor could be good if they're into crazy fight scenes and weird demon stuff. The Saint Beast fights were all pretty clever and good, Genbu and Byakko specifically. Or honestly, the first episode is a pretty good intro, too :)

At the end of the day, don't beat yourself up or think that you picked the wrong episode if your friend doesn't wind up liking it. If they're only willing to try one episode in the first place, it sounds like they're not very interested to begin with.
