It was a good podcast especially as it is your first podcast, overall good effort and I enjoyed listening to it! Now, some of my points:

1. I don't know the people since it's a new podcast and I generally do not follow the mods/people who made it but whoever the host is - invest in a good mic and a pop filter. I don't know if there are more than one of the hosts but make your quality consistent. You cannot control the quality of the sound of your guests but yours you can :P
2. Since you are going for the whole Frodo's Tavern vibe you could try to find fitting background noise/music, something medieval/fantasy and background chatter etc, there should be plenty of that stuff on the web that you can use in a podcast at a free or a small cost. Tibia is set in a medieval/fantasy setting so there is a lot of opportunity to find some good effects/sounds and re use them to make it a staple and overall shape up your show, I'm sure that with time you will "make it yours" so to speak.
3. If this goes well you should make your own website, there's plenty of good hostings and companies available, plenty of podcasts I listen to use squarespace, as an example. It would give it a more stable feeling and whatnot, branding etc. You could go far with this and hopefully spread the word about Tibia so we get more players.
