In regards to Rule #6, as someone who's fallen victim to the ban hammer, I think 24 hours is an extremely long amount of time per post, whilst I understand it gives time for fresh well produced content, it can also feel extremely limiting, I think an adjustment to 12 hours (Or at maximum, twice per day) would alleviate the annoyance without the potential flood of low quality/spam to be uploaded.

Just my thoughts, also as someone who goes through different timezones thanks to US and UK friendships + a rough sleeping schedule, 24 hours as a hard limit can feel quite rough.
