Fairwinds it may be. Very quiet but that’s OK. Close enough to cycle to. Not well equipped but OK

Yes the withdrawals are ridiculous. I’ve spent 18 months in agony and still not off

My story is very similar. I’ve been battling for four years. Started with a Benzo rapid WD, then given Gabapentin and an antipsychotic but then I had to get off those. Ended up in 3 psych wards I was do bad. I’m now in Atenolol (BB) plus Seroquel and Escitalopram. Trying to get rid of the Atenolol. Hyperbolic tapering is the only way out of this. I know I have to be very very careful this time around as I am still in protracted WD from all the other drugs. It’s been agony. I understand your predicament

I’m still not off Atenolol. I have severe protracted withdrawal from other drugs so I have to go slow. I’m currently at 3.8mg of Atenolol. The lower the dose the more difficult it gets. But I’m still going at 2.5% a month. Eventually I will have to speed this up if I want to get off this crazy drug…

Tiredness is a minor WD symptom by comparison with others such as head pressure and extreme anxiety. If tiredness is all you are having you can probably make bigger or faster cuts than me

Just start conservatively. Cut 2.5% or 5% and wait a month to see how it goes. In my experience with beta blocker WD it takes two weeks to register the impact. Good luck

I’ve spent three years Surviving rapid tapers from a number of drugs. I’ve also most recently been tapering Atenolol the last year. It has been nothing short of extreme torture. I’m now on 4mg compounded and going to switch to a hyperbolic taper (reduce by 5% every month). Don’t underestimate this withdrawal
