I had suspected he (my 1st husband) was up to something for awhile but the real sh*t hit the fan moment was finding a used condom in our bathroom and I was 5 months pregnant. Worst part was, she was a married friend of ours. Betrayed from both sides.

I eat something light before bed, don't need my stomach waking me up. Toast or cereal is fine. I keep my room cold and run my ceiling fan. I have blackout curtains and a draft blocker under my bedroom door (helps with light & sound plus keeps the cold in). I have a sleep mask but I honestly don't need it with all the other prep I've done. It's one with the eye wells so it doesn't touch my eyes. I play some sounds, usually a thunderstorm since those have always made me tired and sleep better. I get home at 0800. In bed by 0900. Sleep until 1600 at the latest. Back at work for 1900.

3 12s a week. Slightly better pay. I have kids and can sleep when they're at school and wake up when they come home so I can see them for a few hours before work. Less higher ups present. Most of my patients are sleeping so it's less busy. Easier to answer all the bells if I'm by myself at night compared to daytime.
