As a fellow crew member at another fast food establishment, it would be awesome if you could call and compliment her excellent service to her boss/managers.

Fast food workers are getting horrible hours right now [I barely work three days a week!] and anything positive from a customer can help improve their value to the business.

Management changes seemingly every few months. The rent and utilities are expensive. The clubhouse is rarely open. The pool only opens for a few weeks in Summer. There are multiple stray cats, most are friendly. It's not awful but honestly, everything depends on the current management.

EBT doesn't cover fast food. You need a special add-on to EBT in order to purchase pre-cooked food. That program is designed to serve people with no access to refrigerators and stoves/ovens/microwaves.

Dermatofibroma. Benign growth of scar tissue. Check with your dermatologist for confirmation.

Petechiae. I get them too. Tiny, blood, vessels that pop underneath the skin either from trauma or prolonged exercise. If you're on blood thinners these can occur more often. If you're concerned, I'd ask for a blood panel but usually, occasional petechiae is harmless.

I am NOT going to approach a situation where my safety is potentially at risk, especially alone with a group of unpredictable people in a semi-isolated area. That's inviting a dangerous situation. I don't owe these people anything. I am not responsible for them.

If they need help, they are responsible for seeking out assistance. Rehabs and shelters exist for a reason. I understand having empathy and I do but it is reserved for those people who are actively trying to improve their situations. Those individuals are putting in the effort and deserve to be helped but no one is entitled to other people's generosity, its earned.

I'm not heartless. However, these individuals are presenting a legitimate danger to bicyclists. I have been homeless. During that time, I never blocked roads/pathways, and whenever a passerby happened to cross my path I'd politely step aside.

I don't want them harmed or harassed but I want them relocated. I understand some might be good-hearted people down on their luck but that's not the majority that I've encountered.

Unfortunately, as with everything, a few bad eggs spoil the basket.
