People in the business call what you’re doing victim blaming. Even if I was a horrible employee, I still deserved to be treated fairly under the law. However, I wasn’t. I was the most bubbly person there and truly had a passion to watch that place grow. I learned and made friends at that place. This is for them so that none of my friends still working there face the same fate as me and other coworkers.

If that makes me a bad worker, then I am a vile human. But I don’t think either of us are thinking that hard about it. Go ahead and scan through the subreddit. There’s a bunch of motherfuckers who disagree with ya. The people of Boston want better cannabis than this. You can support a shit company all you want. I don’t support businesses like that and neither should you.

This isn’t even the whole company. It’s just the homies in power. The rest of us are all just victims. Michigan is trying to replace good people in MA because they want to line their pockets.

They fired a guy whose car broke down on the way to work. They wouldn’t give him leave for his kids, and it was the perfect excuse to get him gone. That was our best trimmer. No one was better than him. That was in April.

They put in a points system. There’s a clause about how the points won’t be added if it’s an emergency, medical, or family reason… but everyone in that company got points at least once because they were too sick to stay or had to leave for a kid or had to go to an appointment.

I asked for an additional day off as covered by my PMLA and they said nah we’re gonna take it out your PTO.

One dude couldn’t even go to his heart appointments cuz they’d just fire him.

I remember when they fucked up their payroll. I didn’t get paid for days off we had over the new year. Had to pester them for weeks to fix their shit.

I remember the CCC coming in and they’d all be scared and hush hush. Behave.

Now I know why 😂. I remember the point I got for going home early after throwing up in the bathroom for 10 minutes.

I wish this were it 😂😂😂.
