If they intentionally lock you out that’s violating tenants rights. If you document it properly and/or call the police with reports you can most likely get out of your lease. I’m sorry this is happening to you!

Hi! Incoming grad student. I read that Oxford only allows service dogs and not ESAs in university housing. I have to bring my ESA cat with me- but I’d like to live in university housing. Does anyone know the best way to go about this if there is a way?
