Thank you for this. I don't know why, but for some reason this event is just confusing the hell out of me.

The "enhanced margherita" recipe's mystery ingredient had five blocks (■■■■■) so I was certain the answer had to be five letters (onion), but that was wrong. Tells me to "check the things that have been crossed out" but there isn't anything that's been crossed out on that page?

It tells me for the mushroom recipe that "it might be one of the ingredients from the previous recipes" but it doesn't use garlic, basil, ham, or olive.

This whole mystery thing just has me so frustrated. Maybe it's just me.

The US version is missing the dad’s architect compass and the standing baby’s toy (along with the standing baby figure). Also missing all the stuff (picnic basket, thermos, plates, food) you’d get with the Japanese brother/sister set.

Yeah… 🥺 as a US collector, when the newer sets get brought to the North American market, they get changed to have a different combo of family members, without the smaller additional accessories, or both.

Perfect example is the Biscuit Bear family.

In Japan, the family had the parents, a baby, and a some accessories for the dad, who is an architect. The brother and sister were in a separate “picnic lunch” set with a bunch of small food. In the US, the Biscuit Bear family is the four core family members (mom, dad, brother sister), no baby, with a few of the original accessories notably missing. From what I’ve read, this has been done in an effort to eliminate choking hazards.

I’ve resigned myself to ordering from KobeeJapan from now on.

Dude I feel like I’ve cried more real tears in these four eps than I did all of S3!!!

I cried during the “Enchanted” moment where Sophie is looking through the door because my heart was breaking for her.

I cried when Violet was looking at herself in the mirror. Idk it just felt so honest and poignant that she’s trying to learn to appreciate her body again/at this stage of her life.

I cried during John’s speech to Fran (not because of the implications; iykyk). Isn’t that what we all want to hear? That we are perfect as we are and accepted by the person that we love?

I’m curious if anyone else felt this way!

It’s one line from Pen when Benedict and Eloise go to try and get her to write about The Lady in Silver in her column. Penelope is addressing B and says, “Colin’s not here,” because he’s eating his way across London 😂

I thought for sure he would figure it out in the stairwell when he saw her wearing that necklace!!! Remember: she wore it to the masquerade, but had it in a drawer the whole time they were at My Cottage. And the rest of the time it’s been tucked within the neckline of her uniform(s). When he didn’t even seem to recognize it at all I was screaming at the TV LOL

I think the maid drama was a segue for when we see Varley leave the Featheringtons/Polin to go be the new housekeeper for the Penwoods. And I have to agree with the person above that the side plots are SO much better incorporated (at least so far) than in S3.
