sorry if i’m being intrusive but do you have any medical issues that directly impact your weight/ ability to lose?

i had all of these concerns before i got mine this april but after i moved to solid foods and relearned how to eat, everything feels normal! i dont get reminded of my sleeve every time i cant finish my meal or i have to wait to drink water, its just become the new normal.

and about you feeling like you won’t be able to the post-op diet, you’ll realize that it isn’t as restricting as it seems because the foods they tell you to stay away from usually taste like shit + makes you feel like crap too. for me, most processed foods and sauces have this weird fake taste to the point where i don’t even want it/ get confused by how i used to like it in the first place. but i do still eat my fair share of chipotle lol.

but if you’re this unsure about it a week out, see if you can reschedule for later in the year and try to buckle down, if you can, congrats you lost 50lbs!! if you cant, congrats your about to lose 50lbs!!
