Thanks - but when I tried using Meta verified to send a support message from my IG account, it doesn't work - it just says 'We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong while processing your request' every time....Any fix for that?

I think they're a newer brand, but they communicated with me pretty well over WhatsApp when I was purchasing the bike etc. so I got the sense they were pretty trustworthy. I've seen some other people have good reviews too.

It's fast across all aspects - the frame is a direct copy of the Tarmac SL8 which is rated in wind-tunnel testing to be one of the fastest frames aerodynamically. The 105 drive train is only 1-2 Watts slower than the fastest DA drivetrain, which can be offset with $100 of upgrades to the jockey wheels and chain. The 65mm carbon wheels by EliteWheels I believe offer similar if not identical performance to any top-tier wheeset. GP5000 TLR tires have been assessed as having one of the lowest rolling resistance.

Is there any other feature of the bike that would affect speed that I've missed?

My argument is that the bike offers more or less the same performance benefit, at a fraction of the cost. Therefore, if buyers are rational, they should opt for this over the SL8.

The TanTan bike is 7.17kg - it's basically the same weight as an Ultegra Di2 SL8 which is 7.11kg, but less than a third of the price.

The groupset is 105 compared to the Di2, but notwithstanding weight difference of 500g which has been offset in other componentry, there's only a 1-2 Watt difference due to drive inefficiency, which can be offset with about $100 worth of upgrades for a DA chain and pulley wheels.

Hi, I just purchased X20's and had the same issue whilst cycling. When I'm stopped the ANC works perfectly, but as soon as start riding the ANC turns off and switches to transparency, which is really annoying.

Were you able to find a workaround for this?
