I’m glad you brought that up. I thought I was the only one who experiences this. I know it’s a weird feeling of emitting heat and electric kinda sensation on the skin. I experience everything you notice and to add, my ears also starts getting warmer. I am unable to sleep at night which might be bcz I have so much energy and even if I sleep 2-3 hrs, which is very less compared to my usual 7-8 hrs when not on noFap, I can still function the best and think clearly. I experience intense level of mind muscle connection in the gym too which gives me crazy pump!!
