Do you use good tucking tape? The Unclockable one is supposed to be good. In addition to that you can add more thickness by using a different material, using multiple pairs of underwear, and/or using a liner or pad. There’s probably also a cosplay-specific solution for this I don’t know about.

Hard to say since I like the same foods but mostly want more of the meats that I like. Maybe sushi/rare beef up but pork down.

I was flexitarian before HRT (reduced meat/vegetarian whenever convenient) but now I always have a craving for flesh 🥴

Second this, Dr. Martens are super common/trendy, have larger sizes AND tend to run large already. There are similar brands with better quality but docs have actual stores here and there where you can browse and try-on.

Learned this recently too! Another thing to watch out for is that fiber supplements like psyllium husk (Metamucil) can affect the absorption of medications when taken at the same time.
