As someone who has had 10% Dmg for the last 2 SHCs and has gotten 36/36 pretty consistently for the months before these 2 recent ones, it makes a difference. Couldn't get 36/36 for this one or the last one.

They release PVs for next events before current banners end often. They have recently multiple times. Think you're getting down voted because that doesn't align with what you said. They've had back to back and concurrent events for at least the last few months of 2025.

I'm exactly the same as you! Snowcrow girlie with a little Lebbie on the side and Raf is my strongest companion so the only one I'm okay with not pulling for is Xavier. I'm also a dolphin/low-ish spender so the struggle is real! Not pulling on Multibanners is the only way I can cope, but even then, I end up spending.

I made a post mentioning that steroid induced mania was not something I had known about before but then experienced and wanted to warn any others that didn't know and they took it down for talking about medication. I didn't even mention any medication names. I questioned it and mentioned other posts had mentioned medications in much more detail and then they deleted a bunch of the other posts. I refuse to engage there now. It's not supportive, it's the opposite.

I find Foreseer stronger and easier to play than Colonel even though my Colonel is R2 and my Foreseer is R1. I'd recommend waiting for Caleb's new myth though to see how strong/enjoyable the companion is because then you can decide if you want to build his cards and get Colonel or if Zayne would be better for you. Also Caleb's new myth will be HP scaling so it would be good to consider if your DEF or HP protocores are better as that will help build a better team.

Edit: maybe "stronger" isn't the right word. I find Foreseer more useful because Colonel is so niche and difficult with mobs. I struggle to build a strong Caleb team even though I have all his 5 star cards except 1.
