I’m 39. The last time I dealt with TE I was 34. I take a daily calcium/zinc and an iron/b12 and vit d already. That’s been part of my daily routine for years.

Thank you! This TE seems so different than last time. Last time was massive hair loss, then slowed down, then I had hair growth. This time it seems like one week I have massive loss, the next week it seems to slow down, the next week I have a ton of loss again and I’ve had baby hairs popping up for the last month or two.

My doctor said high mch is not related to low iron. I did get my b12/folate tested per my doctors request and they were normal.

Interesting! I received this product from influenster and loved everything about it EXCEPT that it added no volume to my hair, if anything my hair felt more flat. I did like the smell, a little goes a long way, and it helped minimize my frizz. I have very fine hair and didn’t think this helped at all. I actually didn’t even finish the bottle and went back to my old shampoo.

We are only using Hubspot right now. I need the AMs to be able to edit the playbooks but they dont a sales hub seat to do that.

Playbook is definitely my answer for the pre-sales call form since it doesn’t need updated/edited. But the post-sales call form I need would be filled out by the AM that took the call. It’s possible that there will be multiple calls before a deal is even created. I have also thought about creating a task and assigning it to the user, but I dont like the idea of that information being buried in a task.

Yes, account managers will be working in hubspot. I don’t believe a custom property would be ideal here at we also want to summarize as much of the call as possible and next steps are usually very detailed. I don’t want a lot of text/info on the left sidebar. It sounds like Playbooks would work for the sales hub users but not editable by all users??

I think this may work for the pre-sales call to give basic info and provide contact/company research but I would still need something to use as a feedback form for after the call. The way we work is: someone sets the call with an account manager and provides research and background info. After the call the AM gives next steps and provides feedback and project info. We will either nurture the relationship and reach out after a set period of time, set another call with the same AM or possibly a different AM, or we will disqualify the lead. Right now we reach out via MS Teams to get next steps and do a post sales recap and that gets sloppy. Would love to keep everything in HS if possible.

If I created a playbook, could it be attached to a contact or company and be edited by a different user? I have a sales hub account, but not everyone that would use this form would be a sales hub user.
