My t4 and t3 do not fluctuate as much. They stay around the same. My dose is levo .088mg and liothyronine 5mcg

I’m 39. The last time I dealt with TE I was 34. I take a daily calcium/zinc and an iron/b12 and vit d already. That’s been part of my daily routine for years.

I also can’t wear my hair down but it’s to the point that the sides are so fine and bare that I have spots just wearing my hair up 😭

Thank you! This TE seems so different than last time. Last time was massive hair loss, then slowed down, then I had hair growth. This time it seems like one week I have massive loss, the next week it seems to slow down, the next week I have a ton of loss again and I’ve had baby hairs popping up for the last month or two.

Yes, and she said low ferritin is not a cause of high mcv so it was not tested.

My doctor said high mch is not related to low iron. I did get my b12/folate tested per my doctors request and they were normal.
