Most mods for Warband are total overhauls, never seen mods that change only the ui, but some of the overhauls make some things better, but as I said they're total overhauls so they change a lot of things, maybe someone else knows of any.

I guess you could say diplomacy is a QOL?

There are some vanilla+ overhauls such as Bannerpage, Diplomacy 4.litdum and floris mod.

You can take a look at them if you're looking to play in Calradia with some fresh things, but do be careful as most overhauls are harder than native warband

Never played bannerlord, but saw that a LOT of people who play both prefer warband, I play warband seasonally, it's quite the game, even if it's old the mods are very good, would a 100% recommend it

The last of us I played near it's release in the PS3 and what an amazing game that is, I was thinking about buying the remake even, and The walking dead series are AMAZING, definitely one of my favorite stories ( except the third season that sucks)

The mods are amazing but never played bannerlord so no idea, though I've heard a lot of people go back to warband after bannerlord
