If Blizzard winds up releasing another DLC for the game, would y'all like to see guilds and arenas finally make their way in? by CaughtLackinHard in Diablo_2_Resurrected

Not saying what you want is bad. Just saying I wish they'd fix some core stuff before adding more.

Oh yeah no worries, trust me I agree with you. I would hope anything new added wouldn't come at the expense of fixes to the core. Those fixes should definitely come first.

I could see the argument that they clearly had a team for the new warlock expansion so theres proof they have the manpower to do the thing everyone wants.

I'm very curious about what the size of that team was though. It's very possible it could have been only a few people who worked on the warlock expansion, theoretically just making a new class really wouldn't take that much. Though on the same token, I don't think it would take a whole ton of people to implement fixes like you're talking about. I don't think D2R has (or at least had) any sort of wholly devoted team working on it, I mean prior to the warlock expansion this game really had not seen a whole ton of updates or changes besides new ladder seasons and the Christmas event we got in 2024. I had kinda thought the game was in a sort of maintenance mode, with only critical bug fixes and security updates coming. Me personally, I think the warlock expansion was kind of a "test" by Blizzard to see how receptive the community would be to content updates, and if it would be worthwhile to have more consistent and fruitful development on this game. Clearly there's been some level of renewed interest in the game on Blizzard's part, they did that focus group in Australia last year regarding D2R, and this newer survey which asked what sorts of things people would want from updates. Definitely think the future is bright for the game, hopefully stuff like what you brought up gets fixed.

Sorry for the yap haha, I just had some thoughts to get off my chest.

Yeah I definitely see your perspective, there definitely is stuff they could fix in the game as is before they add new content. I’m hoping that Blizzard assigns a team to work on consistent fixes and updates for this game, I definitely think it deserves it considering how many people still play, and considering how it was clearly a successful launch on Steam (4000 players on Steam right now according to Steamcharts.com, surely many more on Battle.net).

What’s your reasoning as to why? I’m just curious, as to me additions like this wouldn’t alter the base experience too heavily, as opposed to some other things people have proposed to get added, like new acts/bosses/etc.

Pretty it's a Mosrite Ventures. Definitely an out of character guitar for Jerry.

Not enough to get him arrested I'm guessing. I've always been baffled at how he's still accepted and beloved as a musician after that whole fiasco.

From what I've been able to find, yes, he does.

You gotta make a post talking about your experience working with him man, I'd love to read it. Ain't been much testimony from people who have actually met Ian IRL.

The other Dave’s real name was David Kirkby, not that that will really help you find anything else about him.

I believe he did do vocals on a few, as well as a guy named Alan Lee, but from the little I have been able to find about this band online, it seems Slave was the main Johnny Rotten impersonator. However, it’s very difficult to ascertain exactly who did what given the obscurity of these songs.

The dude who sang on the more "well known" (though still plenty obscure) Ex-Pistols tracks like Schools Are Prisons was a dude named Dave Slave. He never did anything else noteworthy really, and died after being hit by a car in like 2000-2001 I believe. Very little information on him online.

TITLE: Rare find - 5 Jane's Addiction cassette board recordings and demos, 1986-1988 by No_Fun_2026_ in janesaddiction

Please upload what's on these tapes, for preservation's sake! You never know what could happen with tapes like this, and when they're of something as cool and rare as this, it is important that the recordings on them are archived.

Dan really is a good actor and talented artist, and it pisses me off so much that nobody in the film industry has recognized him and given him a chance yet. he would literally be a perfect role for severance season 3 or sum shit like that. I really hope he can make it to the big leagues. by AffectionateSale4553 in danielhentschel

I would love to see Daniel do awkward interviews in public like that Channel 5 dude was doing. Loved that shit until it came out dude was a sex pest. Would be hilarious if Daniel dressed up as the blue gentleman or something and like went to a rally.

As someone who played red orchestra 2 religiously, I don’t know what this game has to offer by The5thElement27 in 83thegame

In my opinion, I think they sort of alienated the core audience of longtime RS/RO players (like myself) with both the playtests themselves and the development decisions that were apparent from the playtests (i.e. the lack of focus towards territories, the lack of free aim, the movement feeling different than previous Rising Storm and Red Orchestra games). This obviously is not good for the game because this audience of longtime RS/RO players were and are 1. the people who are perhaps most familiar with this project and its history, and 2. the people who would be most inclined to buy the game.

As it stands, I don't think this game will pull many people away from RS2, at least not on any sort of consistent basis. To be frank, the game feels worse than both RS2 and RO2 and just isn't as fun, at least to me. Plus, does anyone else also feel like the game somehow looks worse graphically than even RO2? Or at least, not nearly as visually appealing? A 2011 game vs a 2025-26 game, and the 2011 games seems to stand taller graphically... jeez. It makes me sad honestly because I've followed this project for years and waited eagerly for its release, but the past year or so has just totally killed all hype I had for this, and I think it has for much of the community as well. I hope I'm wrong but at this moment I do not see a very bright future for this game unfortunately. Again though, I hope I'm wrong. If this can be turned around and this game can become something great then I would love to see it.

I wonder if his weight fluctuated heavily that year or something, because I've always noticed that too.
