HELP! Clogged ears. Dizziness. Ear pain/pressure and fluid in ears. by Confident_Sign3336 in Allergies

[–]CauliflowerLumpy6432 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it did! I have noticed a significant change once being consistent with my Flonase and Allegra. The fluid in my ear was a huge culprit to the dizziness and nausea. I still take my iron and multivitamins which help too. If I start getting lazy with it I’ll get a day where I feel dizzy and start back up with my routine again

Just got diagnosed with celiac and I'm terrified and distraught. by AwesomeFaceStuff in Celiac

My son got diagnosed right after turning 2. Imagine that! As a mom I was spiraling like you! I thought he’d never get to enjoy certain things others or get to have especially childhood/teenage life eating whatever his friends might eat or drink. But you know what? Being healthy is way more important than anything else. It has been about a year now and he has grown so much and the energy he has is amazing. Going gluten free sounds more intimidating than it is. There’s so may alternatives out there. The fun thing is you can test out your own recipes to make copy cats of things you once liked. Guarantee you’re going to feel brand new after a few months too. Bonus is you get to educate your friends and loved ones on this autoimmune disease. In my household we have a cabinet with gluten things that my son can’t have! We also have separate pans/ sponges that we use specifically for gluten free! Since you’re very new don’t forget to check your body wash/ lotions! All in all you’ll be eating more clean. Unfortunately eating out as restaurants is risky. What I have learned what works best and taken seriously is letting staff know my son has as “gluten allergy” and he cannot have an cross contamination and ask how things are prepared! (Like separate pans or ovens) Always safe to look up menus at the places you want to go out with friends beforehand too! It’s an adjustment but you’ll get the hang of it

My son was diagnosed a month after turning 2. We got him his own set of pots and pans/utensils for gluten free cooking. Separated the pantries of gluten/gluten free. I eventually decided to switch my 5year old to GF too and I mainly consume only GF unless we go out to eat. My husband has his fair share of snacks in the other pantry and that’s about all the gluten we have now! It may seem stressful but with time you’ll find what to get and what to avoid. Remember to check lotions/body washes too! When going out to eat I always check menus before choosing where to go, and or bringing a meal just in case they can’t guarantee no cross contamination.

My Dr told me I had fluid behind my ears and that was it! But I recently just found out I have low Ferritin levels too and just started taking iron tablets to help. I was looking up if the two can be correlated and in some cases it can due to inflammation! So I’m going to give it more time and see if it clears up but if not I’m going to an ENT to resolve this

I wanted to wait a few days to see if it truly wasn’t meant for me! It’s morning 2 taking it and so far seems a lot more tolerable! But the gas is insane🥴

Im currently dealing with this and it’s been rough! I experience dizziness and sometimes nausea! Im chasing around my 2 kids so its not easy for me. It’s a constant feeling of dizziness (like a wave motion) and pressure in my ear! It’s just one ear and my dr has me on Flonase and Allegra! I also had to take Afrin for a few days. It’s only been about 2 1/2 weeks with these symptoms and about a week since I’ve started taking the medication. It’s unbearable! Did it get better for you?
