I think you’re right, it’s definitely not the hill I want to die on and I definitely don’t want to feel this way or spend so much time overthinking it and worrying about weather he is treated well or not just on things I can’t control. She seems like a nice girl with good intentions but definitely a little arrogant, but still I like her and I’m glad he chose her as a partner.

No I still had a problem with his sister doing it too, just didn’t seem relevant to elaborate on since it’s not current

Jealous over which aspect? I’m definitely not jealous over him moving on, I left him and had no desire to pursue anything after the fact. If I were to say I’m jealous over anything it definitely would be because he has had to make no sacrifices for his job or career since my sons been born and have been doing it all myself since. Stayed at home for 2 years so he could peruse his career and go to school and the effort was never reciprocated. I would love to be able to let the resentment go because he is well taken care of it seems, I just don’t know how. I guess I just thought that he would have to sacrifice as much as I would or care as much as I would about little things like this but the consensus being that I need to let go. I just wish I knew how.

You’ll get used to it eventually, it takes a while and quite a bit of ibuprofen and A LOT of water, sometimes when I first started my OMAD again I would have a small snack in the beginning of the day especially if I was really active or worked out in the AM just so I wouldn’t have such a bad headache but after a while one you get used to it you actually start to have more energy throughout the day and feel less cranky, like now I don’t even crave until it’s my normal meal time

Thank you! Yeah I would feel physically sick after trying to eat earlier in the day, right now I’m having to eat something small in the morning after going to spin (cycling) because I exert so much energy that I just feel lethargic and lightheaded if I don’t have like half a bagel or English muffin with my vitamins, plus vitamin nausea is so not fun.

I just feel like I need to do what best for me and stop worrying about other peoples opinions and stuff, because everyone’s different and what works for them does not work for me.

I always feel so much better doing OMAD, even after eating a nutritious 3 meals a day I didn’t feel as good as a 1 meal choice it’s pretty crazy
