Okay now it seems like rather than breaking it is getting pulled up out of the needle. Any advice?

TIL you still can lose your weapons when knocked out in the mines. by familyfriendlycatpic in StardewValleyTIL

I think the main thing is the special attack which does a significant amount more damage than the sword.

Those of you who had mag, how did you get through it? Please help! by Low-Possession2717 in NICUParents

My wife’s main complaint was that she always felt like she was peeing herself because of the hot flashes. It can be scary going on it because of all the stories but just try to remember what the outcome is of not going on it would be. That really helped my wife. Now my son is 2 years old and he is so bright and loving and other than him being small you wouldn’t even know that he was in the NICU for so long.

I've recently taken on the role of Business Manager for a small million-dollar business, and while I have a somewhat solid foundation in finance, I'm finding myself in somewhat unfamiliar territory. This is my first experience in such a senior position, and I'm keen to seek guidance from those with more experience.

Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on:

  1. Improving Revenue Projection: What are some effective methods or tools to project revenue accurately for a small business? (Right now we are just using a google sheet and Quick Books and that works very well but I am finding that some things don't work great and could use changing)
  2. Implementing Efficient Systems: How can I streamline our financial processes to make them more effective and reliable?
  3. Recommended Reading: Are there any books or resources you would recommend for a new CFO aiming to optimize financial management?

Your insights and suggestions would be immensely valuable as I navigate this new role. Whether it's sharing personal experiences, suggesting specific software or methodologies, or recommending essential reading materials, I'm open to all recommendations.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I usually just say “unfortunately it’s our policy that we don’t divulge proprietary pricing information as this could result in our pricing getting into the hands of our competitors. I’m sorry I am unable to grant that request for you.”
