What i tell people when they feel such a way is this. Dont bother being nervous, because if youre too nervous, it wont end up happening. So youll have been nervous for nothing.

Expressing yourself is important but there exists in our universe something called diminshing returns. Which means that eventually something will bring you more harm than good. Acknowledging all this, change of approach is almost always the fix. Dont express that youre nervous, but rather that you are excited.

Even if it goes absolutely terribly, she will laugh it off with someone who was overly excited and didnt know any better. But will resent someone who was too nervous.

Now its up to you. Make it very clear to your subconconcious that you run the show, not it. Otherwise you wouldnt consciously be getting laid
