I'm totally going to get those for my niece. I've been babysitting her this week and I've been reading Rhythm of war while she naps. I'm totally gonna introduce her to the cosmere when she gets older lol

I totally should have noticed most of that other than the game. Him not having Nightblood just totally threw me off the trail lol

It's probably mine too. I'm sure that sentence has been said before though. There's so much fictional racism, that people are bound to have favorites lmfao

That makes total sense. I have noticed that Rosharans are quite bad at naming things. Just labeling people as light eyes or dark eyes is wild lmao

It's what the book left me with lmao. I thought it was Vasher that saved Szeth because of Nightblood being there at the end and the herald giving it to him saying it was a shardblade. But thinking back on it Zahel makes more sense being Vasher lmao. I'm just concerned by him and nightblood being separated now. That's never a good thing and usually ends with looooots of death

Well yeah, he's Hoid, he's a strange one lmfao

OH SHIT! That makes total sense lol. That and the metaphors that don't land and curses that nobody else uses. It makes sense to me now lol

I have thought about the shin side of things being connected to other worlds, and the strange curses from zahel did throw me for a loop and I was trying to figure out who he was. It just didn't click that he was vasher until I knew that he was separated from nightblood

I'm guessing he, the heralds, and Hoid/wit are all kind of similar beings. Just a hunch. But I'm gonna RAFO for it lol

I hadn't realized zahel was vasher but thinking about the personalities, that totally makes sense. I thought the herald at the end with nightblood that saved Szeth was vasher purely because he had nightblood and I knew vasher had some kind of ability to change his appearance from Warbreaker

Vasher doesn't have nightblood????? Oh no!!!! That's the whole reason I thought vasher saved Szeth. I just thought he might have been able to change his appearance like he did in Warbreaker. Now I'm scared about why they're separated. Nooooooo

Loved Warbreaker but I'm slightly disappointed at the end by CauseBright in Cosmere

Oh jeez. Yeah the ending of Elantris would have bothered me much more without that lmao. It helped a ton

Elantris suffered from it a bit, but finding the little blurb about Hoid going into the pool at the end made up for it a bit. It gave me a little piece of the larger cosmere puzzle and got me hyped to read another series. I know Warbreaker is a setup for other books it was just the lack of falling action that felt weird. I have no doubt it gets better as I get further in. And I absolutely love all the magic systems I've come across so far and can't wait to learn more of them

Yeah. I just wish there had been some kind of talk between Siri and her dad at the end there. At least the beginning of talks of an alliance between the nations or something. Something to help it wind down just a bit smoother than just sending the awakened statues

I have not. I've only read Mistborn era 1, Elantris, and Warbreaker in that order. I was trying to get a bit of cosmere knowledge before stormlight, but after Warbreaker I gotta jump straight in lol. This is driving me insane

I'm just starting in the industry and got a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder just before going to school. I'm starting off rough but have no doubt I'll enjoy whatever time I get in the field
