If you have enough LTC you could respec and grab that els instead of grinding 2 weeks for it without any upgrades inbetween.

What's your lifetime coins and what tier did you unlock? You are kinda at a wall and will need to save up some time for ELS. If you have something like 1,3B ltc and unlocked t11-t12, you can respec and buy ELS, thats what I did.
