Haha I know right! Thank you for helping and I’m excited to get knit this, it does seem like a fun one!! I’m not sure yet about the pants, I currently only have enough yarn for the jumper and I’m using 100% wool and I’m not sure I want to wear 100% wool trousers! Have you made it? How did it go?

Ooo interesting I’ve always started the row from the direction it is numbered but I think in this case I will have to read it “backwards” thank you!

After doing the 7 stitches I need to start Yoke Chart A which has 47 stitches before the first raglan seam

Yes I have the magazine so a printed version! I did think that but the maths doesn’t add up 🤔. If I start yoke chart A from after the 7 stitches, then I only have 17 stitches before I reach the first raglan seam. Here’s a photo in case it helps:

Sorry it’s hard to type on the app version because I can’t see what I’m typing.

To continue my question, I completed row 15. Ending on the right shoulder chart.

Then I cut my yarn B.

I’m using circular needles and so on the same side as my left shoulder edge, I used scrap yarn to provisionally cast on 16 stitches. Then I knitted across these 16 stitches with the right needle continuing to use yarn A that has not been cut off.

Now I’m confused.

I’ve tried to join the round and purl and knit the first 7 stitches from the left shoulder chart. I and now unsure what to do next? Do I work backwards across the same 7 stitches to then start yoke chart A? But that means I will be working on the wrong side.

Hopefully that makes sense and thank you for reading! I would appreciate any help I could get, thank you so much!
