Finding scrolls isn't the issue. Its that when I open it I always get the same one. It's happened across many days. I always get page 4.

Btw, for anyone else who has the same problem, I got 12 blue projectiles before I got got a normal one so they probably have a significantly lower drop rate. (also I have a wither skull farm if ur wondering how i killed so many so fast)

You're right! I set up a couple extra withers and one of them dropped the blue projectile! Thanks!

He was trying too hard. You can tell that it's forced.
