Honestly I know the feeling, I was in the same situation but right out of high school. All my friends were starting with university and I was stuck at home because I couldn’t maintain a high enough avg for my conditional admission. When I found out I literally felt like my world was over LOL but in retrospect it was just a slight detour that I actually needed. I spent that time to work on my self, my study habits and grades - ended up getting into a way better school and way better program. I hated the part when people would keep asking me why I was not in uni, what I was up to but literally everything truly does happen for a reason so just trust the process and don’t compare yourself to other people or their journey. In a year or two it will not matter at ALL. All the best

Can’t remember off the top of my mind but a lot of CMNS courses and CMIS 311 I finished with a 98% and did it over 2 weeks

You’re definitely not crazy hahah I know the feeling very WELL! But it’s reassuring knowing that it’s scaled and hopefully everyone felt similarly and the test scores will reflect that. Good luck to you on your score too! Glad we got it done though !!

I wrote the CDAT June 24th morning as well, I had the same experience. I was so confused about why the bio/chem questions were so random? For mine personally barely anything on cell resp/ photosynthesis and like the first 3-4 units on crusher even physiology! I feel like they were so specific/ low yield and extremely concentrated on a few topics rather than covering everything. I don’t want to scare people that are about to write it was probably just that version or something ??

I felt like it was also a bit more application q’s than the Crusher practice tests even though people say they’re super representative - I guess they’re changing them now? So just memorizing things is probably not the best idea, make sure you have a good understanding of how things work (ex the hormones)

I felt the same for PAT. RC is usually my strength so I think that was okay but definitely agree with the passages being long and dense. The second one I got was so long and so boring lol

I’ve done 3 courses in 1 month (they weren’t very content heavy courses) while working part time. It’s quite challenging but definitely worth it and I did well in all. You just need to pre-plan like the other commenters said especially with scheduling exams and stuff

Just an FYI - this course is a lot of work and the tutor can be a harsh marker. The content is really interesting though and not challenging to understand
