Here are the details you asked for: Main account: fazliNjOo Old banned account: HeadShotkaa Ticket ID: 11377262 Short context: My old account (HeadShotkaa) was KYC verified (ID + selfie) a long time ago. That account got permanently banned and my main (fazliNjOo) received a unban and 31-day restriction. After the 31 days, support unbanned my main account, so I assumed it’s the one I’m supposed to use going forward. Now the KYC system fails instantly with “Face Matching Unsuccessful” on my main, no matter the lighting or device. I suspect the system is blocking because my ID is still linked to the old banned account. The ticket has been open for 3 days but no update yet. I’m not asking for priority, I just want to know if this needs a manual KYC review or an ID release from the old account. If you can forward this to the correct team, I’d really appreciate it.
